We paired 10 young anglers and their parent\/guardian with an angler for a 4 hour 3 fish limit bass tournament.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of you may know that for 19 years now we have run the Peter Larmand Outdoors Kids Fishing Tournament on the last Saturday in May.  We all the anglers fish from shore for prizes, medals and a trophy.  Now we want to expand and create another opportunity for those without access to a boat but want to see what that is like and what fishing a real tournament is like is the reason we launched the Angler\/Young angler event.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The response from all those that participated are wanting to do more.  So we are already planning a fall event in September.
