This year is starting off great. Over the winter I have been able to get 3 new sponsors. I am very proud to have the support of Vertical Lures, Wave Worms and Esterline. Vertical Lures are the designer of the Jig X and Tube X baits. The Creature X is coming out soon. They are an up and coming bait manufacturer with some great ideas. The original jig that you tie your line below the head giving your knot complete protect from abrasions and allowing it to fall into the heavy cover with greater ease. I used these jigs last year with some great success. Wave Worms is another company that I am pleased to be associated with. Their products are amazing and with the release of the Tiki Gorilla, the bass don't stand a chance. Esterline is a company that develops GPS, antennas and communication systems for the coast guard, US and Canadian Military.

This year I will be fishing Renegade Bass and some South Eastern Bass Open events. This will be my 3rd year fishing Renegade and I'm really looking forward to it. With back to back tournaments on Big Rideau, I am very excited about this coming season with Renegade. I hope that my good fortune on Big Rideau will continue this season. Also again this spring I will be holding my 2nd annual kids charity tournament. Planning is going well for the event this year. It will be held on May 3, 2008.
